Description
Rubino is a red variety consisting of merlotbut 80% and cabernet sauvignona 20%, to which we add sweet wine made from dried grapes. Merlot macerate for 3 weeks, cabernet sauvignon 2 weeks, and dried grapes more than a month. The wine matures for two years in used barrique barrels, and it is bottled without filtration until the third year.
It has a ruby red color, extremely fruity floral notes of forest fruits, and on the palate a combination of freshness and velvety elegance
